    Open the launcher from the game folder, allow updates to complete, then sign in with your account.

A few quick answers before you enter Deepgate.

Do I need the client or the patch?

For your first installation, download the full client. A patch updates an existing installation and cannot replace the full game. Match the patch language to your client.

The archive will not open or extract?

Check that the download completed and that you have enough free space. Use an archive tool that supports the file format. If the archive is reported as corrupt, download it again from the same link.

The game reports missing runtime files?

Check the required components below and install the appropriate runtime from its official link, then retry. Avoid downloading individual DLL files from unknown websites.

Can I play on my phone?

You can browse this website on mobile, but the client provided here is for Windows. Download and run the game on a Windows computer.
